There is no substitute for quality.
We use the highest quality ingredients available. (fresh and local whenever possible) We make our bagel dough on-site from scratch. No frozen bagels! Also, we never use bleached flour, chemical dough conditioners, hydrogenated fats, corn syrup or preservatives in any of our products. The chains can not say this!
Our CHAI, freshly brewed from fresh traditional Indian spices, will spoil you against the bland sugary bottled corporate stuff!
