Our hand crafted artisan baked goods and fresh menu items are all natural.    We use the highest quality ingredients available. (fresh and local whenever possible) We use only organic bread flour and high protein unbleached and non-bromated bagel flour for your health.

We make our bagel dough on-site from scratch. No frozen bagels! Also, we never use bleached flour, chemical dough conditioners, hydrogenated fats, corn syrup or preservatives in any of our products. Most chains can not say this!

          Our CHAI, freshly brewed from fresh traditional Indian spices, will spoil you against the bland sugary bottled corporate stuff!
