 Watch for friendly Barista Competitions to be held at various Grand Junction coffee shops. Latte art will be the skill to be judged. THURSDAY NIGHT THROWDOWNS and SATURDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWNS!!!!! Check our Main Street Bagels facebook page for dates and details. 

 The campus shop is open and running! Great response so far! Dija know?......it is unique in its low environmental impact. It is the only coffee shop/restaurant in Colorado with AC & heat supplied entirely from on-site solar and geothermal sources. No gas or electricity is used except for the small amount to run the fan...s. We also compost coffee grounds & stuff. If it can’t be composted it gets recycled!
